Wheeling, IL - Midland Paper, Packaging and Supplies, one of the largest independent distributors of Fine Papers, Packaging and Supplies in the U.S., just completed its participation in its first DSCOOP event in Nashville, TN.  Founded in 2005, DSCOOP (Digital Solutions Cooperative) is an independent global community of graphic arts business owners and technical professionals who use HP Indigo and Scitex equipment and related solutions.   

DSCOOP 8 saw the launch of Midland’s new Digital product offering which includes over 500 Indigo-compatible substrates.   Mike Ratcliff, VP and General Manager of Midland’s Specialty Paper and Film Division, was elated with Midland’s first “DSCOOP Experience”.    “The response to our Digital offering was incredible”, said Ratcliff.  “It is clear to me that the HP Indigo global community is looking for leadership and fresh new ideas from the merchant community when it comes to product innovation, availability and value – our intent is to fill that role”.
