Harry Stephens Joins Xplor Panel on the Digital Mailbox

Press release from the issuing company

ATLANTA, Ga - DATAMATX, a national outsourcing provider and leader in the distribution of critical business communications and payment services, announced that its president/CEO and founder, Harry Stephens, will be a panel member in the "Emerging Technologies: The Digital Mailbox" forum at the upcoming Xplor Annual Conference, being held April 16–18, 2013, in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. The digital mailbox is an outsourced service that provides enhanced electronic mail reception and transmission capabilities to businesses and consumers. A recognized expert on high-volume print and mail and e-services, Stephens is a frequent speaker at various USPS groups, including the Board of Governors, about postal reform and other issues affecting business mailers.

"I am looking forward to being a part of this panel as it promises lively commentary and debate about the success and even the viability of digital mailbox services in today’s high-tech communications environment," said Harry Stephens. "This is a topic that has the attention of all companies that have a vested interest in the future of business communications."

Moderated by Jonathan McGrew, Marketing Communications Manager at Crawford Technologies, the panel also includes John Payne, owner of Zumbox, one of the initial providers of digital mailbox services, along with other leaders involved in providing digital communications and mailing-fulfillment services. The Digital Mailbox forum will meet Thursday morning, April 17, in the Sawgrass Room at the Trade Winds Conference Center, this year’s host of the Xplor Annual Conference.

In 2012, Harry Stephens was selected by the United States Postal Service Postmaster General, Patrick Donahoe, to receive a lifetime achievement award for his commitment and success in serving the Greater Atlanta Postal Customer Council. An active advocate for business mailers across the country, Stephens also is involved in the Major Mailers Association (MMA), Board Member of the National Postal Policy Council (NPPC) and The Imaging Network Group (INg), an association for Transactional and Direct Mail Marketing service bureaus.
