CHARLOTTE, NC – The Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc., (PICA) announces the line-up of education events at the PICAExpo ’13.

PICA will gather its best and brightest to explore the future of graphic imaging at PICAExpo ‘13, April 26-27, at The Embassy Suites Golf Resort and Spa in Concord, NC.

PICAExpo will feature 25 continuing education seminars conducted by nationally recognized presenters. PICA will have programs covering: Mailing – Proper Design For Digital Files – Color – Adobe CS6 & the Cloud – Optimizing Offset – Paper – Estimating/Pricing – Websites – Marketing – Direct Mail – Financial Management – Digital/Offset Hybrid – Sales QR Codes – Industry Forecasts – G7 – Social Media – Analytics – and more!

Speakers include, Joe Marin and Lloyd DeJidas from Printing Industries of America, Andrew Paparozzi from NAPL, Claudia McCue with Adobe, Dr. John Leininger with Clemson University, Daniel Dejan with Sappi Paper, Beau Snider from Wikoff Color and industry specialist; Bill Farquharson, Frank Kanonik, George Heinrich, Linda Bishop and Wayne Lynn.

Other weekend events include: the Inaugural PICA Foundation Annual Golf Tournament, and the PICA Awards Gala, an annual event established in 1966 that recognizes and rewards printing and imaging companies who combine fine craftsmanship with technology in order to produce outstanding printed products.
