Pageflex and MindFire Release Integrated Multi-channel Automation with Pageflex Storefront

Press release from the issuing company

Marlborough, MA - Pageflex, the international supplier of printing and marketing automation solutions and MindFireInc, the leading provider of multi-channel marketing automation solutions, announced today that the integration between MindFire Studio and Pageflex Storefront is now released, bringing together the power of MindFire multi-channel campaigns with the robust document management capabilities of Pageflex Storefront. The integrated product can be seen next week at the annual Dscoop Conference, happening February 21 – 23 in Nashville, Tennessee and is available from both companies.

This product offering gives customers the tools to allow trigger based multi-channel campaigns created in MindFire Studio to be ordered directly from Pageflex Storefront. In combining these powerful capabilities, Pageflex customers can expand their web portals to include customizable cross-media marketing within a flexible and easy-to-use e-commerce platform.

"The market for these types of cross media campaigns is wide open, so bringing together these two products makes this the "killer app" for marketing service providers," says Craig Hath, Port Master at Zuza Marketing Asset Management.  "We’re very excited about offering automated marketing solutions that touch practically every form of media a recipient may desire. It’s fully customizable and measurable on demand, and meets business needs for on-line marketing automation.  We’ve been promising this type of service to our clients for a long time and now it has become a reality."

With the integrated product, multi-channel campaigns are created within MindFire Studio, a drag-and-drop visual design environment that lets users easily create marketing automation workflows taking advantage of different interactive media, including email, microsites (pURLs), SMS and Twitter. Once the campaign is placed within Pageflex Storefront, users can view, customize, schedule, and order the campaign along with other documents and products. The campaign is automatically delivered to the MindFire Studio cloud based environment for delivery and tracking.

"When we were looking for a new platform for our web-to-print needs, we immediately saw the potential of this integration because no other vendor has anything like this.  It lets us expand beyond print with our Pageflex Storefront sites," comments Lisa Hicks, Web Services Manager of the YGS Group. "We can offer our customers more control over their marketing campaigns, which really extends the potential for trigger-based marketing and the value we bring to our customers."
