Totalpost Services Plc, a leading UK mailroom equipment, services and consumables manufacturer and distributor as well as an X-ray threat detection equipment supplier, is pleased to announce that they have now opened a French division – Totalpost Services SAS. 

Based in the Paris area, this is a natural progression & expansion for the company, in a market where they have been well established for many years.

This new division will be dedicated to providing mailroom machinery, consumables and services to the French market. This will enable Totalpost to provide additional support to their French dealers, of which there are many. Additionally the facility in France will allow a drop-ship service to be given across France for consumable products, on behalf of their franking machine cartridge dealers.

Totalpost has a global presence and in the UK is one of Royal Mail’s major accredited suppliers of mailroom products and maintenance services. They are one of the World’s leading manufacturers of compatible franking machine ink cartridges and ribbons and have recently launched a number of new products including PB Connect+ cartridges and large ink tank Neopost products including the IJ90 and IJ110.

A French national has been appointed as the General Manager of this division and has experience spanning over two decades in the mailroom industry. David Hymers, Managing Director of the UK parent Company will take the role of Company President in France. Commenting on the French expansion he says: "This is a natural step for Totalpost in a market where we have been very successful. By opening a company in France we will be able to provide our customers with an even quicker and broader service.
