Mortsel, Belgium – 15 March 2004 – Agfa announced Esan Kirjapaino, a major multi-media company based in Finland, has turned to Agfa to convert its prepress department to CtP and a totally digital workflow. Esan Kirjapaino works with a broad range of media companies, such as publishing, newspapers, printing, webnews and local radio. Needing a system that would provide unparalleled quality and speed, Esan Kirjapaino purchased two :Polaris XEV CtP systems, :VSL65 processors and a Nela VCP2002. The company has also signed a two-year plate contract for :N91v plates, :Arkitex workflow including :NewsDriveX and AutoInk.
