Press release from the issuing company

West Chester, OH - Mirri Pak substrate and Color-Logic were chosen to produce covers for the awards night booklets at a recent gala celebration held by the British Office Supplies and Services Federation.  The awards ceremony annually recognizes and rewards companies and individuals demonstrating excellence and success within the office products industry and attracts up to 500 industry professionals to the black tie event.  This year the ceremony was held at The Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London.

Mirri Pak for HP Indigo was chosen for the cover, having been recently certified for use on various HP Indigo cut sheet machines.  The cover was printed digitally by Easibind International, a licensed Color-Logic printer.  Interior pages were produced by Precision Printing.

Discussing the project, Jennifer Deacon, Mirri Marketing Manager, commented; “The Color-Logic software allowed Easibind to create dramatic metallic effects by quickly and easily contrasting the colors with the white ink available on the Indigo presses.   The awards booklet demonstrates the high quality level achievable when using Mirri Pak with the HP Indigo.  And, because the booklet was printed digitally, it was very efficient to produce the 600 copies of the cover required.”

Color-Logic develops color communication systems and software tool sets for a variety of special effect printing applications.  Color-Logic provides brand owners, product managers, corporations, and their advertising agencies the ability to differentiate themselves and their clients with a simple print production process that yields dramatic results.  Color-Logic decorative effects utilize the existing workflows of printers and designers, yielding dynamic results without the use of special equipment.  Color-Logic supports the value of print and works with designers and printers to enhance their printed media.  For more information, visit www.color-logic.com or call 513-258-0047.
