March 12, 2004 -- Mail-Well, Inc., one of North America’s leading producers of visual communications, has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire Rainier Color. Mail-Well will make a final announcement on the state of the acquisition once the results of the due diligence are complete. The Seattle Mail-Well facility, Graphic Arts Center-Seattle, is expected to merge with the Rainier Color facility upon successful completion of the due diligence.
