npower renews contract with Opus Trust Marketing

Leading gas and electricity supplier, npower, has renewed their transactional mail contract with Opus Trust Marketing.

The renewal means that npower, who has been a customer since 2000, will continue to outsource the printing and mailing of their customers’ bills and statements to the Leicester-based company for another three years.

Speaking about the contract renewal npower’s Marketing Operations Manager, Hilary O’Grady, said: “After a comprehensive review where price, quality and innovation were all put under the microscope, we have found that Opus Trust Marketing continues to offer the best solution.

“Over the years Opus Trust Marketing has reliably sent millions of communications on our behalf. I look forward to continue working with the team.”

Linda Scott, Opus Trust Marketing CEO, said: “We are delighted that npower has chosen to continue working with us for another three years. 

“The contract renewal is testament to the high service levels and continuous improvement we have brought to npower’s customer communications for more than a decade.”

Future plans for npower include new communication designs that will take advantage of Opus Trust Marketing’s investment in high-speed digital print technology to present clearer customer communications.
