St. Louis, MO - Kopytek, Inc. (http://www.kopytek.com), a full-service provider of digital and lithographic commercial printing, mailing, and fulfillment solutions, today announced it has strengthened its digital offset printing ability with the addition of a new Hewlett-Packard Indigo 7600 Digital Color Press.

The six-color HP Indigo 7600 delivers the most advanced printing available on the market with its digital offset technology, which combines the best of both digital and offset printing.

"Like a digital press, the new HP Indigo delivers fast turnaround and the ability to do variable data and customized printing," said John Peterson, president of Kopytek. "The Indigo also provides superior color fidelity and the ability to print on a wide number of substrates, including synthetics and static cling. The 7600 will allow Kopytek to produce personalized work and short runs more efficiently without compromising quality or brand integrity."

Kopytek is the only company in the region to own and operate an Indigo 7600, demonstrating the company's continued commitment to innovation and quality.

"In addition to its superior speed and quality, the Indigo press offers cutting-edge creative," said Peterson. "This is the first machine that allows us to print with white ink, which is a big creative advantage. We can even print on metallic media and very dark colors, creating a lot of exciting options for customers, particularly in the marketing communications and agency markets."

The HP Indigo 7600 contains a set of core Indigo technologies, including thermal offset for substrate versatility, color switching, and HP ElectroInk for gloss uniformity, sharpness, and color saturation. The Indigo 7600 also meets GRACoL 7 certification.
