Fresener's Printers Boot Camp Moves to Scottsdale

Press release from the issuing company

Scottsdale, Arizona - Scott and Mike Fresener have announced new dates for their popular Printers Boot Camp series of workshops. The next Printers Boot Camp will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona March 1 - 3. This will be the second series of Boot Camps the Freseners have held and it comes after their very successful Nashville Boot Camp in November.

They will be offering a 3-day T-Shirt Printers Boot Camp designed for beginners and novice garment printers. This is the same hands-on class they offered for years at their famous U.S. Screen Printing Institute - where over 14,000 students were taught over 30 years. The new class has been updated to include more on computer graphics, special effects inks and the latest in business and marketing advice. Attendees will get hands on experience from Mike and Scott on everything from making a screen through printing high-end images on light and dark shirts. This class is geared towards startup printers or any printer wanting to learn the correct techniques, tips, tricks and how to be a better printer.

The second class is a hands-on 3-day Master Color Separators Boot Camp where Scott Fresener will teach all the secrets of how to do high-end color separations for garment screen printing. Scott is a very active color separator with clients who print for Disney, Harley, Walmart and more and he will give attendees his years of experience of how to work with bad artwork, be efficient in separating, reduce the color count, match the original, and make a great print. This class is geared towards computer graphic artists or anyone - including owners - who want to learn how to do high-end photorealistic color separations.

According to Scott "This class started out as a two day class but now has been expanded to three days. Students bring their laptops and we work through dozens of different types of separations including working from very poor quality original artwork to working with high-end art with a lot of colors. Students learn by doing. I have found that a lot of artists can create a stunning image but they lack the knowledge of how to color separate it. And, they often need help in knowing how to design for a better separation and cleaner print."

Mike Fresener comments "The three day basic class is perfect for someone starting a garment screen printing business. They get hands-on experience in every phase including making their own screen and printing a lot of shirts in class. I love nothing better than to see a new student make their first print. It brings a smile to their face and mine!"

The Freseners have added a third 3-day hands-on class called Killer Car Art. This class is taught by well known industry automotive artist, Lemorris Harris. Lemorris will be teaching all the techniques he uses to create hot car and automotive images for shirts. According to Scott Fresener "This class is going to be very popular. I kept getting people asking me where they can learn to do car images and now we have a place for them to learn from an industry professional who is a great artist." Students will bring their own laptop computers and will learn hands-on how to start from a photo or sketch and end up with a finished fully rendered car image.

Class sizes are limited. Classes are sponsored by Scott's www.T-BizNetwork.com and Mike's www.IndependentPrintSupplies.com. For more information go to www.PrintersBootCamp.com or call 1/888-801-1561 or 480-212-1078. Email Scott Fresener direct at [email protected]
