Unique solution will streamline communication with Cloud Services

Mt. Laurel, NJ - GrayHair Software, a constant innovator in the direct mail industry, is proud to announce the release of their new MailValidator application. This new service allows business mailers and their vendors to provide better postal data communication to GrayHair's current suite of cloud-based solutions.

In the past year, GrayHair has released numerous applications that provide complex services to mailers including MailWatch, which monitors mail to identify and solve any major issues in the postal stream; Informed Visibility Solution, which provides enhanced visibility into the movement of postal containers; and PredictivePresort, which provides presort analysis before the regular presorting process. These new applications were added to the SelectSolutions cloud application alongside its flagship mail tracking offering, MailTrak, its postage reconciliation application, MailReport and MailPort, a portal into the USPS PostalOne! system.

MailValidator provides users with the ability to authenticate the Mail.dat file. This file is the industry standard for the Postal Service and mail production industry; combining the multiple files that constitute a mailing into a single more manageable file. MailValidator provides mailers the ability to ensure that the critical pieces of information are accurate and that any sensitive information is removed.
