EPMS Announces Release of Fully Integrated CRM Module

Middleboro, MA, - EPMS, a market leading developer of print MIS solutions, is pleased to announce the release of its CRM module as the newest addition to its Enterprise print MIS suite.  The module has been designed to provide printing company executives and staff a real time graphical view of corporate sales, financial and production performance, while at the same time managing all aspects of customer related details. Built in e-mail capabilities and integrations allow for tracking estimates, order s and client correspondence , with a global view for managers.  User customizable features include list capabilities with access to all client related sales notes, e-mails, history, requests for quotes, and actual estimates.  A user specific and  customizable  Favorites tab presents calendars, task lists, e-mail notification lists along with instant access to commonly used applications and documents.  Users can also customize the Reports tab to show only those reports that he/she commonly uses.  The customizable dashboard provides quick access to various charts, gauges and graphs that can be used to monitor sales, production and finances, based on the user's security access level.  Each widget on the dashboard has access to a detailed drill-down report behind it.  The entire module contains built in capabilities to manage tasks, reminders, meeting schedules as well as providing built-in system pop-up and e-mail notifications.
