WorkflowOne Installs Xerox Color 1000 in Northeast Print Center

Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio, - WorkflowOne, a leading provider of print management, distribution and marketing services, announced that the company has installed a Xerox Color 1000 press in its Boston area digital print center Westborough, Mass. As a result, clients in the Northeast can enjoy high-resolution digital color output for a variety of short-run and on-demand print applications including marketing collateral, packaging and direct mail.  With the addition of this equipment, the Boston center will be able to produce more than 1,000,000 color images per month.

"The Xerox Color 1000 press gives us the ability to satisfy demand for shorter-run, high-quality digital color, thereby increasing our capacity for quick-turn service," said Thomas Dailey, Vice President, Digital Solutions at WorkflowOne. "Its capabilities will be especially useful in a number of vertical markets we serve, such as healthcare and retail."  One such application is digital color training materials for one of the larger healthcare providers in the Boston area.

The Xerox Color 1000 produces up to 100 high resolution images per minute on a wide range of paper stocks. In addition, the device can support a wide range of finishing options including inline GBC punching, folding and trimming.
