Johnson & Quin Adds Grayhair SelectTrak Mail Tracking

Press release from the issuing company

Johnson & Quin, Inc., a national leader in targeted direct marketing services, announced that it will be providing Intelligent Mail Tracking services through GrayHair Software effective today. GrayHair Software will offer Johnson & Quin's clients SelectTrak Mail Tracking, a web-based application that provides state-of-the-art mail tracking and reporting. Its user-friendly, online dashboard delivers mail data through a wide array of report options. Clients will have the ability to produce standard and custom reports on a regular schedule or as needed.

SelectTrack Mail Tracking allows direct marketers, no matter how large or small, the ability to monitor and manage its mail and in-home dates. Both standard and custom reports can be scheduled to be delivered as required, or generated only as needed. The system gives mailers the ability to use Address Change Service and easily access address change information. A single piece can be looked up, and the Google mapping feature can identify the path of a mail piece.

"We are continually looking for services and products to expand our integrated marketing solutions, data services, and personalization and mailing technologies," said David Henkel, president of Johnson & Quin. "GrayHair Software's IMb assignment and mail tracking management tools are state-of-the-art and provide both Johnson & Quin and our clients a flexible, easy-to-use and 24/7 accessible reporting dashboard."

GrayHair Software's SelectTrak, GHSelect and its address hygiene applications are delivered through its patented SelectSolutions Platform. GHSelect will be used by Johnson & Quin's IT department to manage and assign Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) for all tracked mailings.  GHSelect supports IMb uniqueness for two years, longer than the USPS minimum 45 day requirement for unique sequence numbers.
