The Informa Print & Media Group has announced the appointment of Angelina Stojsavljevic to the position of Group Marketing Manager to strengthen its marketing team across a number of the company's key events, including North Print & Pack 2013 and Ipex 2014. In her new role, Angelina will be supporting Marketing Director Nick Craig Waller with the implementation of these events' extensive marketing communications programmes.
Angelina is a seasoned industry professional with more than 10 years' marketing and exhibitions experience. Most recently, she relocated from the Informa Dubai office, where she was overseeing the company's Middle East consumer portfolio and global series of pro audio and lighting events for the past six years.
In her new role, one of Angelina's key responsibilities will be to run the marketing programme for North Print & Pack, working very closely with the Sales Manager Mary Buck on adding value to exhibitor's event objectives and maximising their presence at the event. In addition, for Ipex 2014 she will manage the international visitor promotions campaign with a particular focus on emerging markets, as well as other strategic and promotional activities.
"We are delighted to welcome Angelina to the team, particularly as the marketing campaign for Ipex 2014 and North Print & Pack 2013 is about to kick off," comments Nick Craig Waller, Group Marketing Director. "We have ambitious plans for these events. Angelina's appointment will help ensure that exhibitors get the return on their exhibition investment and that we deliver top quality content for visitors."
Prior to joining Informa, Angelina worked in London, UK, with Clarion Events and Ithaca Media across various trade and consumer events.
"I am delighted to join such a capable marketing team to work on these prestigious events," comments Angelina. "In my opinion, industry exhibitions and events are, and will continue to be, the best opportunity for suppliers to connect with the industry, nurture existing relationships, make new contacts, explore new business opportunities and do business."
