Press release from the issuing company

New Automatic Hot Foil Stamping and Die Cutting Press will Help Leading East Coast Bindery Better Meet Customer Needs

E & M Bindery & Finishing, a high-volume trade bindery serving printers throughout the East Coast, announced it has recently expanded its die cutting, foil stamping and embossing capabilities. With a new Iijima MJ-1040E.s automatic hot foil stamping and die cutting press now on its production floor, E & M can more efficiently meet customer needs in these areas.

The new Iijima press features short makeready times, production speeds of 7500 sheets per hour, and auto-stripping capabilities, all of which will contribute to quicker turnarounds at E & M. With a maximum cutting area of 28" x 40" and pinpoint-accurate registration, the Iijima will help E & M produce a wide range of distinctive foil stamped, embossed, debossed, and die-cut projects for customers.

The Iijima rounds out a complete die cutting and foil stamping/embossing department at E & M Bindery & Finishing, which also includes multiple high-speed Bobst presses and an extensive library of in-house dies.

"At E & M, we're committed to helping our customers succeed," said Gary Markovits, President of E & M Bindery & Finishing. "The efficient, accurate Iijima will allow us to provide high-value die cutting, foil stamping and embossing solutions to our customers, helping them win and keep new business."
