Polestar Wins New Mirror Supplement

Press release from the issuing company

March 3, 2004 -- Trinity Mirror and Polestar continue their excellent relationship as the Group is awarded the production of '3am', a brand new supplement for Wednesday's edition of the Daily Mirror, launched this week. Copies of the first issue of the 48-page supplement have been printed at Polestar Purnell, with production switching for future issues to Polestar Varnicoat, the Group's four-press gravure operation based in Pershore. Ronnie Rose, Account Director at Polestar, says "We have an excellent relationship with Trinity Mirror and have worked with them on a range of supplements over many years. We are delighted to have been awarded 3am, which complements our existing portfolio of weekly titles." The gravure facilities across Polestar are renowned for their production of time-sensitive, long run, weekly magazines and supplements for the major newspaper publishers, including News International, Express Newspapers, Associated Newspapers and The Guardian.
