Tensor Expands Representation in Russia

Friday, September 21, 2012

Press release from the issuing company

Tensor International LLC, a U.S. manufacturer of single-width web offset press equipment, is pleased to announce its extended representation agreement with Pasifik Trading and its new partner, AGService LLC
of Moscow.

This newly formed cooperation between Pasifik and AGService will effectively expand Tensor penetration into key Russian and certain CIS markets, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.  Pasifik Trading will continue to directly cover markets within Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Northern Cyprus and Romania.

"I am proud to announce our cooperation with AGService, with expected results in improved marketing and sales success of Tensor's web offset products in these important and fast developing markets," said Safak Okaygün, Managing Director of Pasifik Trading. "Tensor equipment, with an excellent price performance ratio, is unique in the single-wide market offerings and deserves a strong presence. The sales and after-sales support strengths of Pasifik Trading, combined with the local presence of the highly motivated AGService team, will bring greater satisfaction for our mutual customers," said Okaygün.

Aliev Elshan, General Director of AGService, said, "We are a young, dynamically developing company that is strongly focused in providing representation to brands that are well established outside of Russia and promoting and supporting them within these developing markets. Tensor fits our vision beautifully, and combining the huge success and experience of Okaygün and his team at Pasifik Trading with AGService's ambitious spirit and drive for results points to a highly successful union for all."

"We have great expectations on the partnership and we believe our products are well suited for these markets," said Mike Pavone, Tensor's COO and VP of Sales. "Efforts in these markets will concentrate on the higher end of the Tensor product range, including shaftless presses with more automated controls, thus ensuring greater efficiency and better return on investment for our customers."
