Stream Solutions selects Marketingunity

Press release from the issuing company

New system underpins the company's strategic business plans

Marketingunity is pleased to announce Australia's leading print management company, Stream Solutions, has selected the Marketingunity web-based software suite to underpin its future technology strategy.

The suite will provide the foundation for optimising the services that Stream currently offers its customers, as well as supporting their plans to satisfy increasing demand for next-generation marketing services.

Marketingunity's Managing Director Chris Hopwood said, "We have over the last decade viewed Stream as not just the leader in print management in Australia but also as a leader in a global context. Accordingly we are very excited that they have selected our suite to meet their customers' future multi-channel communications requirements."

"Our customers are increasingly looking for us to provide a totally integrated communications solution that allows users to manage their marketing needs from one centralised portal. Our selection by Stream suggests we are meeting that need."

Stream Solutions General Manager Clive Steele said, "Stream has been at the forefront of the evolution of the independent print management model which has now been adopted by the majority of large print spend companies in Australia."

"That model has allowed Stream to deliver large ongoing savings and service enhancements to our customers. The Marketingunity suite will support our continuing extension of those benefits in line with our customers' evolving needs."

Steele added, "We chose Marketingunity because it's one of the most comprehensive communications suites on the market. It includes many of the functions our customers require 'out of the box', without the delay involved in us developing them ourselves."

"Marketingunity have shown a commitment to continued enhancement of their suite in line with market needs. They have already added a number of new features in response to our feedback, so we get the ideal balance between the cost-effectiveness of a proven suite, and at the same time the functionality usually associated with a bespoke solution."

"That will ensure we continue to have the most comprehensive integrated marketing and procurement platform available for our customers."

Marketingunity Business Development Director James Evason observes, "We are very excited to have been selected by a company of Stream's stature, in the face of stiff competition from global suppliers. We look forward to contributing to their continuing success in today's rapidly-evolving marketing landscape."
