New GASC Channel Provides Latest Content on Graph Expo

Press release from the issuing company

Online Resource Offers Features, Videos, Blogs, Presentations and Industry News

Reston, VA—Graphic communications professionals can now tune in, turn on, and preview the latest information about GRAPH EXPO 2012 and discover related industry topics at The GASC Channel (www.gasc.org).  This brand-new online resource by the Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC) is a go-to site for coverage of GRAPH EXPO 2012, coming October 7-10 to Chicago’s McCormick Place, and other GASC events with a mix of related graphic communications information, education and discussions.

“Members of the graphic communications industry have become more familiar and more comfortable with the online experience and are regularly using online resources in their businesses,” said GASC President Ralph Nappi. “In keeping with this year’s ‘Print Integrated’ themed show, we are proud to offer this new resource and hope users will find it both useful and informative.”

One of the major features of The GASC Channel is a series of video presentations covering “Hot Products,” “Expo Highlights,” and “Co-Located Events” at GRAPH EXPO.  There also is a “Get Smart” category that offers video coverage of educational sessions. Another feature is a searchable blog section featuring industry experts and other graphic communications professionals who discuss show events and other topics of interest.

An additional highlight is the “Featured Presentations” section with videos by industry leaders, vendors, and consultants on a wide variety of issues involving the graphic communications industry. Visitors to The GASC Channel also participate in live conversations with other industry members, and learn about “Coming Attractions.”

The GASC Channel links directly to the GRAPH EXPO Show Planner as well as to attendee, exhibitor, and media registration. While GRAPH EXPO 2012 and its theme of “Print Integrated” is currently the featured content, The GASC Channel will be continuously updated to focus on future GASC events such as the global PRINT 13 exhibition.
