Unimac Graphics Awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification

UNIMAC Graphics has been awarded by SRI, ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Management System Certification for Information Technology supporting the resiliency, recoverability and integrity of information systems and the protection of customer information. According to A. Joseph Falcsik, SRI’s Vice President Certification: “We are pleased to acknowledge that UNIMAC Graphics has demonstrated effective implementation of a management system.”

Dave Klaiss, Chief Operating Officer, UNIMAC commented: “We recognize the security of our customers’ data is of vital importance. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 a process-based certification recognizes organizations that can link business objectives with operating effectiveness.  Companies that achieve management system certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2005 have demonstrated effective implementation of documentation and records management, top management’s commitment to their customers, establishment of clear policy, good planning and implementation, good resource security and management, and efficient process control, measurement, and analysis. Continual improvement has been institutionalized.
