Wednesday, September 05, 2012

Press release from the issuing company

Genuine Supply Source Inc. (GSS) has become the exclusive Intec distributor for Canada.

This means that end users from British Columbia to  Alberta, can now purchase any of the full line of Intec printing solutions and consumables quickly and easily.

GSS now plans to establish a network of Intec authorised dealers throughout Canada, with products being distributed from its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.

It is focusing its efforts on the large and prosperous office sector where it envisages Intec printers will be of great use to office workers wishing to print on magnetic media, card stock and fabrics.

Michael Sparbeck, Chief Operating Officer of Intec Printing Solutions said that the printers “are hugely versatile”. He added: “Offices no longer need to engage expensive third parties for their printing because our attractively priced and versatile standalone systems will handle everything from envelopes to large format, point of sale marketing pieces to booklet making and finishing.”GSS MD Shane Murtagh, said: “GSS is very excited to introduce Intec Printing Solutions to the Canadian market. Our dealers have been looking for an economical solution to meet their customer’s short run printing demands. The Intec product delivers with excellent quality and low capital cost to the end user.”

So far Canada’s most prestigious Intec user is The University of Montreal, which uses an HPP500 for printing envelopes to course books, brochures and manuals for over 6,600 staff and more than 55,000 students.

Other users include Photographique MF in Quebec with its Intec DMP420 PRO.
