Challenge Machinery Expands International Distributor Network

Press release from the issuing company

Challenge Machinery Company, a leading manufacturer of specialized cutting, drilling, and other print finishing equipment to graphic arts businesses worldwide, recently announced it has expanded its international distributor network. Partnering with new distributors Paper Bind and SupplyLand will help Challenge capture and grow share in key Indian, Russian, and Eastern European markets, further solidifying the company as a leading global supplier of postpress machinery.

Paper Bind, based in Haryana, India, has eight locations throughout the country, including in the populous cities of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Challenge’s new partnership with Paper Bind will help it secure and maintain a strong presence in these economically robust and growing regions. Moscow-based SupplyLand has an extensive sales presence in Russia and many Eastern European countries, which will allow Challenge to gain a strong foothold in these important international markets.

Both Paper Bind and SupplyLand have already closed their first sales of Challenge machinery. This contributes to Challenge’s confidence that its relationships with both distributors will be continually fruitful and mutually beneficial.

“We are very excited to partner with SupplyLand and Paper Bind,” said Britt Cary, Challenge Sales Director. “At Challenge, we’re dedicated to continually expanding our international sales reach through developing new strategic distributor relationships. We’re grateful to both of our fantastic new partners for this opportunity.”

“Since Challenge first started making guillotine paper cutters in 1887, they have been recognized as the leader in applying technology in innovative ways for print finishing operations," said Anuj A Mehta, CEO of Paper Bind. "Our customers in India are constantly looking for products which will benefit their businesses and help them grow. We're confident our new relationship with Challenge Machinery will help achieve this."

"We are pleased to offer Challenge's well-made, high-quality machinery to graphic arts companies throughout Russia and Eastern Europe," said SupplyLand president Vladimir Olivson. "We anticipate this being a fruitful partnership for many years."
