NuCoat, Inc. has developed a line of new press ready image coatings designed specifically for the narrow web label and tag marketplace. PRESSCoaT is preformulated to integrate easily into your production whether it is Flexo, Gravure, or Rod Coating.

Our coatings allow you to make products on demand bypassing the need for costly and often outdated face sheet materials. Utilizing the same narrow web press you have in-house, our technicians can help you add the Direct Thermal or Inkjet Coated Surfaces you need in today’s digitally produced and fast paced market places.

To make the transition from inks to coatings, you will need our expertise and specially formulated coatings. NuCoat has the ability to make its coatings more narrow web press friendly by enhancements in viscosity and stability on the shelf through its unique manufacturing and formulating techniques.

PRESSCoaT 8913 PRM	Primer Coat	Provides good anchorage and smooth surface for Activation Layer	For difficult substrates like untreated films, a primer or tie layer is highly recommended.
PRESSCoaT 9388 AC	Eco-Grade Direct Thermal Activation Layer	Ability to provide solid performance in a wide array of applications Receptive to Flexo Over Printing	Typically used for register receipts, price tags, industrial labels, and receipts. Can be made more durable with addition of our top coat.
PRESSCoaT 9552 AC	High Durability Grade Direct Thermal Activation Layer	Provides additional durability to oil, grease, water, heat, and humidity. Can be used alone or with Top Coating	Scale and Weigh Labels, Industrial Labels, Pharmaceutical Labels, and High Durability POS Applications.
PRESSCoaT 9562 TC	Direct Thermal Top Coat	Low coverage required Does not interfere with performance of Thermal Print Heads	Super High Durability and Environmental Resistance.
