Kern Inc, a leading provider of document output management production systems, peripherals and end-to–end solutions and IPS, an emerging leader in personalized payment card fulfillment services and solutions, announced an agreement to market advanced payment card systems and capabilities. Under the agreement, IPS has acquired Kern technology to build their infrastructure for payment card personalization and fulfillment, and Kern has agreed to resell those services under their Production Business Services line of business.
