Mortsel, Belgium – Drupa – 18 February 2004 – Agfa fortifies its Global Services group to bring printing, publishing and packaging companies a complete end-to-end service solution. Technical Services includes product-related service options, while Expert Services offers educational options, consultancy and knowledge services to maintain a high level of on-the-job expertise among operators. Remote Services provides a wide range of services online for both Technical and Expert Services. As a critical component of Agfa’s total solutions commitment, the Global Services Group makes sure all technology is up-to-date, operating smoothly and to the fullest.
