McMahon Publishing Selects Cadmus System

RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 25 -- Cadmus Communications Corporation, today announced that McMahon Publishing, a leading publisher of medical titles, has selected and implemented a complete MediaWorks solution, including workflow automation, ad conversion services and web-based ad management, for its New York design and production departments. McMahon Publishing was looking for opportunities to optimize its production systems and improve the efficiency of its design and production teams. Cadmus provided a thorough assessment of McMahon's production workflow and infrastructure to determine opportunities to streamline tasks and improve time to market. Cadmus' on-site MediaWorks solution will allow McMahon to move time- consuming processing and certifying tasks from the designers' workstations and free up substantial time for designers to continue designing and building pages instead of processing, uploading and downloading files. McMahon will utilize Cadmus' ad conversion and ad management services to automate many ad production tasks and improve efficiencies in handling advertising files.
