KBS Real Estate Investment Trust (KBS REIT I) of Newport Beach, Calif., has signed a new, 65,259-square-foot lease with Graphic Dimensions at its Hartman Business Center One  in Austell, Ga., 20 minutes west of downtown Atlanta. Graphic Dimensions, a full-service business documents and printing manufacturer, is relocating its printing and design facility from 7775 The Bluffs in Austell, to Suite 300 at Hartman Business Center One.

Located off I-20 in Cobb County, west of the Chattahoochee River, Hartman Business Center offers easy access to Hartsfield International Airport, as well as I-285, I-75 and I-85. The property was constructed in 2003 and acquired by KBS in 2007.  It is part of a 10-building national industrial portfolio that spans more than 2.2 million square feet across Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
