Wednesday, May 09, 2012

Press release from the issuing company

CVISION Technologies Inc., (http://www.cvisiontech.com), a leading provider of advanced document capture software, is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Harvey as Director of Channel Sales. Mr. Harvey joins CVISION’s sales department and is responsible for building partner relationships with organizations globally.

CVISION Technologies Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bob Calabrese, said, “We are excited about the addition of Scott Harvey to our team. Scott brings strong channel management experience, as well as extensive experience selling capture software. He will help CVISION deliver a higher level of service to its partners and help CVISION achieve its next major phase of growth.”

Mr. Harvey joins CVISION Technologies with over 12 years of business development and channel management experience, specifically in the markets of document capture, data capture, and business process automation.

Mr. Harvey has held positions at Readsoft, Kofax, Notable Solutions Inc. (NSi) and, most recently, Bottomline Technologies. Scott has succeeded in developing OEM and VAR partners across the United States. His success is based on educating partners on the benefits of automated data capture solutions and enabling the integration of these automation solutions into the partner’s core offerings. He is also an active member of AIIM and IAPP.

Mr. Harvey stated, “I am excited to drive the channel growth for CVISION going forward. A strong partner channel, both domestic and international, is a crucial element required for growth in today’s market. CVISION’s solution stack provides a compelling offering that can quickly generate significant revenue for our partners and help them enable efficiency within their customer and prospect base. For a partner interesting in working with CVISION, we will collaborate and quickly determine if the partnership is a win-win. We will then strive to ensure that both CVISION and the partner are successful both technically and financially.”
