Xante Unveils New iQueue 7 at drupa 2012

Press release from the issuing company

Xanté today announces that as of June 1, its iQueue 7 workflow software will be available as a multi-user site license. Now all users within a network will have access to advanced iQueue Ultimate features, like full job control, screening & halftoning controls, independent CMYK density controls, job cost estimation, and imposition for the Xanté Ilumina, PlateMaker, FilmMaker and ScreenWriter technology series.

drupa attendees will be the first to see the newest version from May 3 - 16 at its exhibition in Hall 5, Stand D36, at the Messe Dusseldorf.

Right-On Spot Color Matching
Along with the new multi-user site license capability comes a significant enhancement to the Right-On spot color matching system. The technology can now not only accurately match spot colors within a document, but also spot color match images within a print file in virtually any file format.

This useful feature gives customers the automated ability to spot color match logos in jpeg and other common image formats within a document. And, users can easily convert images (jpeg, tiff, etc) to outlined eps formats for use when creating documents with even greater spot color control. This enhancement will now be a standard feature for iQueue Ultimate Workflow Software.

"Our customers are demanding greater automation and easier tools," Xanté Founder and CEO Robert Ross says. "New iQueue 7 is a major effort doing just that. Virtually anyone in the shop can now operate iQueue with very little training, bringing down cost and improving print quality."

Xanté at drupa - a digital output powerhouse
Xanté will exhibit its strong digital showcase at drupa 2012, including new iQueue 7. Being demonstrated on a worldwide stage for the first time is the Excelagraphix 4200, a 42-inch wide inkjet printing system bringing unrivaled speed (545 m2 per hour at 1600 x 1600 dpi), performance and affordability for short-run and variable data color printing to packaging - including folding carton and corrugated cardboard. Xanté's exclusive substrate support gives customers the ability to print indoor signage and design graphics through a simple print path height adjustment on the Excelagraphix 4200.

iQueue possesses the most advanced color intelligence available for the Excelagraphix 4200,  making it easy to manage multiple projects, make independent CMYK / density adjustments, match critical spot colors; and select the desired feed, media type, resolution, linescreen, and dot shape. Users can also track press consumables, multiple run counts, and job cost from any user workstation.

Also being shown at drupa is the company's worldwide best-selling Ilumina family, including Ilumina 650 GS Digital Color Systems, Ilumina DEP GS, and Ilumina DPP TL. Attendees will also have the chance to see the PlateMaker5 CTP system.

To book a meeting with a Xanté executive for a demo of the latest technology, please send an email here with proposed dates and times, or call +31 26 319 3210, and a Xanté representative will follow up accordingly.
