Relizon Acquires New England-based Forms Distributor

Press release from the issuing company

DAYTON, Ohio, February 9, 2004 – The Relizon Company, a leading North American supplier of business process solutions for document management, billing and relationship marketing, today announced that it has purchased GBF InfoSystems, Inc., one of the largest independent forms distributors in Maine and New Hampshire. GBF InfoSystems, with facilities in Portland, Maine, and Manchester, N.H., has over $3 million in annual sales from banking, health care, and commercial accounts. “This acquisition expands Relizon’s presence in New England and provides a platform for future sales growth in that region, particularly in the health care and financial market segments,” said Timothy Schriner, president of Relizon’s U.S. Business Communications Group. “GBF’s account base includes some of the area’s largest employers, many of whom have been GBF customers for more than a decade. Relizon will build on that great foundation of experience and high satisfaction levels for the benefit of our customers, particularly in the health care sector.” Relizon currently has sales offices in Portland, Maine; Manchester, N.H.; and Burlington, Vt. GBF and Relizon offices in Portland and Manchester will be consolidated in the months to come.
