Kodak is the new service provider for Dot Hill Systems, a leading provider of SAN storage solutions. The agreement provides onsite coverage for Dot Hill’s AssuredSAN Storage Solutions for customers in the United States and Canada. Available coverage plans offer different levels of onsite maintenance and support.

Service coverage includes support for multiple models of Dot Hill Systems’ AssuredSAN Storage Solutions sold through the channel. Every Dot Hill branded AssuredSAN storage product now includes one-year onsite support, which is activated upon user registration. In addition, customers have an option to uplift for a full three-year agreement. Dot Hill will handle all sales of service maintenance contracts.
