Rebuilding Together New Orleans
The Color Management Group is participating in a program that IDEAlliance has organized - a volunteer brigade for a daylong event to rebuild New Orleans that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. This is an important reflection of our membership's knowledge and empathy in helping find real
solutions to real problems for people in need of help. We are supporting Rebuilding Together New Orleans, a local affiliate of a national nonprofit organization, Rebuilding Together – which has restored and revitalized more than 100,000 homes over the past 19 years. All the work is done at no cost to the homeowner and utilizing predominantly volunteer labor for lows low-income families in communities across the country. (http://www.rtno.org/)

Beginning Sunday, September 14, IDEAlliance will be holding a G7 Experts Re-Certification training program. The G7 Summit follows on Monday, September 15. EXTREME Color Management will be presented on Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 17, with the annual IDEAlliance SPECTRUM Conference presented on September 17 and 18. Attendees will attend the SPECTRUM Keynote Presentation on September 17 and parallel tracks will be provided later that day. David Steinhardt, CEO of IDEAlliance, comments, "We are happy to partner with the Color Management Group to provide a forum for advanced color management topics. As the understanding of the science of Color Management advances, an educational event that addresses leading edge questions and issues is critical.
