Nextdayflyers Announces Opening of Solar-powered East Coast Facility

Press release from the issuing company

Nextdayflyers,  a leading online supplier of high-quality customized printed products to businesses and consumers, yesterday announced the opening of the company’s new 25,000-square foot printing plant in Saddle Brook, NJ. The company already operates a 36,000 square foot facility in Rancho Dominguez, CA.

Nextdayflyers has retrofitted the facility with state-of-the-art offset print machinery and temperature-controlled prepress areas and pressrooms. The new facility mirrors the quality and capacity of NDF headquarters in Rancho Dominguez, maintaining the highest production standards possible.

“Our customer base values exceptional execution first and foremost – our promise is to deliver on time, on budget and to spec – every time” says Handmaker, who is also pleased to note that the new East Coast facility is equipped with a rooftop Photovoltaic (PV) Solar System which enables the facility to produce its own power.

“We are a forward- thinking company,” continues Handmaker, “Always actively involved in the environmental solution - reducing our carbon footprint in all aspects of production and print output.”

Nextdayflyers is going “bi-coastal” to enable East Coast customers to receive orders faster and at a reduced shipping cost. The new facility will also double the print capacity and provide superior quality prints to designer, reseller, and business customers throughout the U.S.

In addition to providing increased customer service and production, Nextdayflyers’ Saddle Brook operation will bring new jobs to the area.  The facility is housed on the site of the former CMYK Printing plant and CEO Handmaker is pleased to be retaining 10 employees of that company as well as hiring 50 new skilled employees to handle increased customer demand on the East Coast.

“Nextdayflyers’ new facility is a welcome addition to the community,” said Maribel Fermin, Bergen Business Resource Center.  “It is admirable that the company will invest in the area and hire some of our highly skilled local workforce.”

Nextdayflyers’ East Coast operations are located at 435 N. Midland Ave, Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
