Screen Expands Chicagoland Demo Center

Press release from the issuing company

Screen (USA) today announced the completion of its newly reconstructed and redecorated Demonstration Center in the Chicago suburb of Rolling Meadows, Ill.

With 12,000-plus square feet of demonstration space, including two comfortable visitor lounges, the newly modernized Center makes the experience comfortable and attractive for clients, while enabling them to see the widest range of digital printing solutions offered by any manufacturer in the world. The Demonstration Center was also designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, to facilitate on-site demonstrations and consultations that concentrate on each customer’s specific digital printing needs.

The Demonstration Center is located just a short 15-minute car ride from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, offering easy “in-and-out, same-day demos.” In addition, the customer can see and test-print various printing units from high-speed web, sheetfed and wide-format printing, maximizing time and exposure to various hardware and related software solutions, in a single trip.

The facility boasts several high-speed, high-quality Truepress inkjet models that are used for all types of high-speed commercial printing, transactional, transpromotional, direct mail, signs, displays, industrial, textile and other general graphics printing projects. Coming in March 2012 to the Center is the sheetfed Truepress JetSX variable printing system. The Truepress JetSX will satisfy the product and quality needs of the commercial sheetfed printing market, including short-run, fast-turnaround, high-registration accuracy work, with 100 percent variable data duplexing capability.

Screen (USA) has demonstrated for over 45 years the skills, products and technologies needed to build and maintain a successful printing business. However, investing and committing to this new Demonstration Center provides a vastly improved platform to showcase its modern fleet of solutions.
