GMC Software Technology, a leader in customer communications and output management solutions, today announced that the company has been awarded Innovator of the Year for their flagship product, GMC Inspire. The award, to be presented at Xplor’s Annual Conference and Vendor Forum, March 27-29, 2012, marks GMC’s fourth recognition by the worldwide electronic document systems association.  

Xplor’s Innovator of the Year Award honors an individual, company or organization that has conceived and developed an original concept leading to a significant advancement in the industry. Launched in September of 2011, GMC Inspire provides an end-to-end software solution for Customer Communications Management  (CCM) designed to help businesses increase customer engagement. The solution enables businesses to effectively streamline and advance customer communications to increase efficiency and revenue growth while also strengthening customer loyalty.
