INX Eyes drupa 2012 with Worldwide Vision

Press release from the issuing company

Visitors to drupa Stand 3A50 this year will find a united front awaiting them.  INX International Ink Co, INX Digital International and SAKATA INX will demonstrate a global presence offering Visual Communication Technologies with big picture capabilities and local solutions.  Anyone planning to attend can keep up with the latest developments by following INX on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/sakatainxdrupa.

As the marketplace continues to change, INX has answers with a variety of products and new technologies to help printers succeed in today’s business world.  It starts with the highly popular EVOLVE® Advanced Digital Solutions line of equipment, which includes the new NW140 digital narrow web press with UV LED-cure single pass output, the game changing CP100 cylindrical printer, and the MD series of flatbed printers.

INX offerings at drupa continue with various inks, coatings and color management solutions.  This will involve INX Digital’s Prodigy™ brand of customized industrial inkjet inks for emerging markets such as textile, tile, glass, metal and wood grain.  Company experts also will discuss Low Migration packaging ink technology, including the European Printing Ink Association’s newly updated guidelines and requirements.  Booth visitors can participate in a commemorable Augmented Reality photo session with an iPhone application developed by SAKATA INX.

“drupa is a very special event and we’ve prepared for it the last two years by giving it our utmost attention and the respect it is due,” said Rick Clendenning, President and CEO of INX International Ink Co.  “We have the commercial print technology to expand a printer’s color gamut and reduce cost.  By offering our special Concentric screening, GCR ink optimization and Luce, our wide gamut ink for newspaper, customers will realize the effort we’re making for cost savings and value-added printing.”

Clendenning said there is industry wide interest in low migration and color management issues, areas that INX will address in-depth at drupa 2012.

“In regards to the European regulatory changes relating to non-food contact surface of food packaging materials, we’re planning to give our visitors a ‘Practice Guide to Food Packaging’ booklet.  We also have in place a total color consulting service for color management and quality improvement and support for IS12647 certification.  With our print quality analysis support and Device Link Solution that optimizes total ink coverage while reducing ink consumption for both traditional and digital printing, we believe there are many reasons to visit with us at drupa.”

INX International Ink Co. is the third largest producer of inks in North America with over 20 facilities in the U.S. and Canada, and is a global supplier as part of Sakata INX worldwide operations.  For more information, visit the Web site at www.INXinternational.com or contact Bob Wolff at The Drucker Group: 312.867.4960.
