DirectSmile will demonstrate its innovative software solutions at drupa innovation park 2012. In the focus: DirectSmile Cross Media, an award-winning solution for the creation of personalized automated marketing campaigns including print, online and mobile media. Database-driven campaigns can be realized faster and more cost-effective.

In light of declining margins and reduced print volumes print service providers today are challenged to tap new, profitable business segments.

DirectSmile provides a software solution for database-driven media production in the shape of DirectSmile Cross Media. It makes the transition from a print service provider to a marketing service provider considerably easier and enables users to implement cross media marketing campaigns faster and more efficiently. 

By using DirectSmile Cross Media users will easily create personalized print products, personalized e-mails and personalized websites (PURLs), and link them for automated campaign runs. All required functions are combined in one integrated solution. The user creates the layouts for print and online media, manages personalization data and campaigns and automatically measures all results.

Special attention has been paid to simple operation. All of the work steps can be performed without programming skills or special expertise. Professional layouts for e-mails and websites can be designed entirely without HTML skills. This makes it easier to get started.
