Ralph Drozt Joins KBA Sales Force

Press release from the issuing company

KBA North America announces that Ralph Drozt has joined the company as a sales representative overseeing its small format press line in the Midwest states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, and Iowa. His office will be headquartered in Chicago. Drozt will be focusing on the popular Genius 52 UV and newly-launched Rapida 75E press models.

“KBA offers two of the most dynamic small-format press models on the market,” says Drozt. “I am proud to be marketing the popular Genius 52 UV 20-inch press and the energy-saving 29-inch Rapida 75E press. The award-winning Genius 52 UV has proven itself among a variety of printers for its flexibility in printing on a variety of substrates and allowing its users to move into different highly-profitable markets. The newly-launched E designation on the Rapida 75E stands for environmentally-friendly, economic savings, and energy-saving. The Rapida 75E has the ability to output up to 16,000 sph and a stock range to 32 pt. Gloss and matte finishes, solid and spot coatings, scented varnishes and other specialized applications are available with the coater on the Rapida 75E.”

“We are pleased to welcome Ralph to the KBA sales force,” says Mark Hischar, president and CEO of KBA North America. “His long experience working one-to-one with printers will enable him to evaluate their current position and suggest our award-winning small-format press line laden with a raft of advances never seen on these sizes.”

Drozt entered the printing industry in 1987 and for the past 25 years has visited printer facilities to demonstrate press equipment, show them how to reduce waste and increase productivity, and become more profitable. He began as a press operator and within nine years moved to a printing press manufacturer where he worked as a field press demonstrator. In 2006, he moved to a different printing press manufacturer where he continued to visit customers one-to-one as a field demonstrator and offer his technical expertise.
