Learn How Corporations are Using Print in Free WhatTheyThink Webinar Sponsored by Kodak

Press release from the issuing company

WhatTheyThink today announced the opportunity for industry professionals to attend a free printing industry educational webinar. Inside the Enterprise: Print Is Alive and Well will be led by WhatTheyThink Senior Editor Cary Sherburne and is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM EST (-5 GMT).

No-charge registration is available by visiting WhatTheyThink.com and selecting the Webinars tab.

“There is so much discussion about the demise of print,” said Sherburne. “This session offers attendees rare insight into two leading in-plant printing operations that will share how their organizations continue to see print as a valuable element in their overall business operations. They will attest to the fact that print is alive and well—albeit being used perhaps differently than in the past. Join us!”

Sherburne will joined by:

  • John Sarantakos, Administrator of Printing and Mailing Services at Oklahoma University where he has worked for the past 14 years. His operation captured 13 awards, more than any other in-plant at the In-Print competition held during the 2011 IPMA conference.
  • Karen Meyers, Business Manager, Printing Services, Michigan Farm Bureau, where she has worked for the past 5 years. Meyers also has a background in marketing and graphic design.

“We are pleased to have management from these two high-performance in-plant operations join us for this session,” said Randy Davidson, President, WhatTheyThink. “They have jumped on the digital bandwagon and are using innovative digital printing technologies and applications to spur their growth. We are also pleased that Kodak is sponsoring this event, allowing us to offer this important educational session to attendees at no cost.”

Attendees will be able to participate in a live question and answer session to get the most from the experience and will be able to view and listen to the presentation using a standard Internet browser with audio streamed via computer.
