Tech-ni-Fold Ltd., the UK manufacturer of creasing, perforating and cutting solutions, reached a settlement this week in its patent infringement lawsuit against Update Ltd. and D&R Bindery Solutions of Chaska, MN. Under the terms of the settlement, Update agreed to cease manufacturing of the "Ultimate Score" product and its consumable components.  Update also discontinued sales of its current Ultimate Score design in April of this year and is also transferring certain assets to Tech-ni-Fold Ltd.
