Label Impressions Wins First Place TLMI “Promotional Label” Award

Press release from the issuing company

Label Impressions, took “First Place” in the Promotional Label category in this year’s TLMI Label Awards competition with their “Fujisan – Fresh Sushi Static Cling Promotional Label”.

Label Impressions is not new to printing high quality static cling stickers but this is the first year they've entered into the competition. Fine dots and gradients are especially challenging to reproduce on static cling stickers (window stickers) because of the nature of the static cling label material. The label was printed at 200 line screen with HD screening, using environmentally friendly water based inks provided by Environmental Inks & Coatings, and static cling substrate provided by Raflatac and Asahi DSF HD Flexo digital photopolymer plates.

“I am very proud of everyone at Label Impressions on their latest success, and especially proud that Asahi DSF plates were utilized in the especially competitive promotional label category in this label competition. It is just another testament to the high quality printing that can be accomplished by combining the use of FIRST principles, HD Flexo tools and Asahi Photopolymer Technology,” states Scott Keran, President of Correct-Touch Graphic Arts; who is the supplier of Asahi plate material to Label Impressions and is also the Nationwide Distributor of all Asahi Photopolymer products in analog and digital formats as well as solvent and water wash.

Congratulations to Label Impressions on their First Place finish for this beautiful promotional label and to everyone involved in the project.
