Celebrity business cards produced on Intec DMP420

Press release from the issuing company

EYECATCHING heavy stock business cards for TV personalities, politicians and professional athletes are printed using an Intec DMP420. Gutcher's Quickprint & Design in Tampa, Florida in the US has installed the system alongside its Canon Imagepress C1+, AB Dick 360 and Konica Minolta Bizhub C552. This has enabled the company to bring all work in-house and save on costly reprographic fees.

Owner Dave Gutcher also uses the versatile color printer that can handle media stocks up to 512gsm "for printing invitations, full color envelopes and addressing envelopes".

"I was outsourcing a lot of work before I invested in the Intec," reveals Dave, whose business was named Business of the Year 2010 to 2011 by South Tampa Chamber. "This press has allowed me to stop doing that, enabling me to provide a more competitive and high quality service."

Dave, who has won the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts Award, says his decision to buy the Intec DMP420 was helped by the fact that "the US headquarters is local to me and Intec specialist Todd Tedesco has a good reputation in the industry".

Gutcher's, which was established 35 years ago, employs four staff.
