SourceLink Awarded Multi-Year Contract by GPO

Monday, October 24, 2011

Press release from the issuing company

SourceLink, a top 3 GPO Supplier and one of the top 5 largest privately held CRM/Direct Marketing Agency, will be processing the Social Security Administration's Representative Payee communications.  This contract award will continue through the end of 2016. SourceLink will prepare and mail approximately 8 million unique packages annually.

Social Security's Representative Payment Program provides financial management for payments to beneficiaries who are unable to manage their Social Security or SSI payments.  Continuous and accurate communications with beneficiary custodians is a very important part of delivering appropriate and timely benefits to citizens while providing the SSA with an accurate accounting of benefits distribution.  SourceLink uses their unique insight to develop best-in-class workflows for processing this large amount of secure information. With SourceLink's state of the art equipment and level 5 security certification (facility and employees), SourceLink is a perfect fit for this project.

"We are extremely proud to continue working on this very important program for the SSA.  SourceLink is uniquely qualified to handle these types of complex and sensitive projects," says Karen Clear, VP of Client Advisory Services at SourceLink. "With many years experience in processing and executing critical benefits statements, we are more ready than ever to produce these communications and we're quite pleased to continue our relationship as a valued supplier to the SSA in 2012 and beyond."
