LAVERGNE, Tenn. – Pamela G. Losey, a 26-year veteran executive of the printing and digital media industry, has been named Global Business Development Executive of Lightning Source Inc., the leading provider of digital content management solutions to the book industry. Ms. Losey most recently served as a Business Development Executive for IBM’s Digital Media Industry group. As an IBM executive, she had a focus on publishing clients with an emphasis on the emerging areas of DRM, e-Books, and the integration of traditional editorial processes and e-commerce. “Pamela Losey comes to Lightning with extensive knowledge in the print industry, as well as extraordinary abilities in relationship and strategy development,” said J. Kirby Best , President and CEO of Lightning Source Inc. “Ms. Losey combines her consulting experience and business skills in marketing, sales and management with her proficiency in the publishing and digital media fields.
