ITL and IST-Metz Joint Exibit at LabelExpo 2011

Press release from the issuing company

The new strategic alliance between ultra-violet (UV) curing systems developers Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) and IST METZ GmbH  is cemented by both companies jointly exhibiting a complete spectrum of novel UV solutions for the label printing industry at this month's LabelExpo (Sept 28-Oct 1st 2011, Brussels Expo).

On Stand 9F34, ITL brings to the show a live label printing demonstration using all air cooled UV LED technology. Labels will be printed on a re-winder unit, printing at 30 metres per minute with a XAAR1001 print head utilising single pass pinning and full cure applications. Products demonstrated are respectively ITL's low weight, high output Pincure and a newcomer to the label sector in the ITL HiCure, featuring a new UV rich array with a special LED die emitting across a wider spectrum than previously,  allowing a for greater choice of chemistry.

In addition to its complementary arc and LED technologies, the ITL booth will also feature the IST-Met'z LUV LED system and the latest MBS-5Li UV arc lamp system while ITL LEDZero, Solidcure, Pincure and VTwin Plus can be found on the IST-Metz stand (7M20) at the show.

ITL Managing Director Adrian Lockwood said: "Joint promotion of this kind makes perfect sense for us both. As a result of the planned co-operation in marketing, sales and development, our companies can combine resources and increase market penetration and presence".

There will be plenty of other operational examples of both IST lamp units and ITL UV LED systems dotted throughout the show on a variety of machines such as the MPrint digital inkjet label press and the newly announced INX NW140 UV digital narrow web press (see http://whattheythink.com/news/54060-inx-teams-itl-debut-nw140-press-graph-expo/)
