Buffalo Bills Football Organization Turns to Xerox

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--Oct. 14, 2003-- Xerox Corporation has received a multi-year contract to help the Buffalo Bills professional football organization build fan support and improve communication to season ticket holders. The contract makes Xerox the official print provider for the Buffalo Bills. Xerox will combine its consulting services and digital office systems to help the organization manage document processes with improved quality and faster turnaround time. To create personalized documents for fans and to streamline production of brochures, playbooks and half-time reports, the Buffalo Bills worked with Xerox to determine the most effective methods for improving the quality of documents and business processes. By conducting an Office Document Assessment, Xerox helped the Bills eliminate outdated printing equipment, produce personalized printed materials in-house, and reduce turnaround time for document delivery to players, coaches, fans and prospective customers. "We are constantly exploring new ways to operate in a more efficient manner that is beneficial to our organization and our fans," said Tom Donahoe, president and general manager, Buffalo Bills. "This partnership certainly accomplishes that objective." Xerox consolidated the Bills' printer, copier and multifunction fleet, upgrading older systems with equipment that improves office productivity, including multiple Xerox Document Centre® and WorkCentre® Pro advanced multifunction systems, FaxCentre® all-in-one devices, and Phaser® network printers. In addition, Xerox uses its equipment and variable information software to personalize marketing materials for fans and information for players. Xerox also provides facilities management services with on-site support of the day-to-day operations at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
