Press release from the issuing company

Upcoming Webinar to Discuss Benefits;
Special Bundle Pricing with XD2490 or SD4490 Scanner

HERNDON, VA – Contex, the world's leading developer of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, will host an educational webinar on September 1, 2011, "Increase Your Productivity with the Contex/KODAK CapturePro Bundle." The webinar will discuss Contex and Kodak's expanded relationship, which enables Contex Americas to bundle KODAK Capture Pro Software with its SD and XD series scanners. Capture Pro compatibility provides Contex wide format scanner users with additional imaging enhancement features for scanning wide format documents.
Additionally, Contex will offer special introductory pricing for its XD2490 or SD4490 wide format scanner when purchased with KODAK Capture Pro Software and KODAK Service and Support. The introductory price ends September 30, 2011. Contact the Contex sales team at 1-877-226-6839 to learn more.
Contex's channel includes distributors, dealers, and Kodak's value-added resellers (VARs) that serve government, permit offices, title and deed management, manufacturing, utility companies and other customers. KODAK Service and Support also provides professional service offerings for both Contex's scanners and software.
"The certified integration with KODAK Capture Pro Software and Contex scanners creates a bridge that unifies large-format and traditional document scanning on a single platform. This is a value to both scanning service bureaus and in-house wide format scanner users," states Phil Magenheim President of Contex Americas.
The compatibility between Contex's wide format scanners and KODAK Capture Pro Software provides enterprises with a single interface to unify information at a central point of capture from large-format and standard sized documents. The compatibility between the technologies also addresses production- and office-oriented capture needs, which both require scanning, capturing, and indexing. Production-capture handles a large quantity of documents on a per project basis, while office-capture processes a small quantity over time.

To register for the upcoming webinar or for more information, call Contex at 1-877-226-6839 or visit www.contex.com.
