Consolidated Graphics Renews Agreement With Komori, $50 Million Deal

October 9, 2003 -- Consolidated Graphics, Inc., headquartered in Houston, TX has renewed their multi-year purchasing agreement with Komori America Corporation. The agreement, originally signed in 1996, was the largest sheetfed press contract in U.S. history. The new multi-year agreement outlines the purchase of an additional $50 million in printing equipment purchases for Consolidated companies. The first press in this multi-year buying agreement, a six color Komori Lithrone S40 with coater, has been installed at Mount Vernon Printing Company, Landover, MD. “We are pleased to have this new Komori press in our plant.
